About BioRenew & The Cells

Think of stem cells as the body’s raw materials. Unlike normal cells, they are unspecialized, meaning they can adapt to what your body needs. They work by communicating directly with damaged tissue, acting like a crew leader that signals your body to repair and renew itself.
No embryonic or aborted fetal tissue is involved in the products we offer. Our stem cells are derived from donated U.S. umbilical cord tissue, collected after healthy, full-term births with the mother’s consent and appropriate screening. The process does not harm mother or baby—it uses only tissue that would otherwise be discarded. Each donation begins with a screened mother who meets defined eligibility criteria, with clinical oversight at every step before her donation is accepted.
Every lot is reviewed through third-party testing before it reaches our clinic. That includes sterility and infectious-disease screening, genetic screening, and verification of the actual cell count and viability in the vial. Handling is documented from source through clinical transfer so each batch has a clear chain of custody.
Stem cell therapies offered here have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and their safety and effectiveness for any particular condition have not been established. Laboratory screening and handling standards do not establish clinical safety. Every medical procedure carries risk, and your provider is the right person to discuss the recognized possible risks, benefits, and alternatives — including not being treated — for your specific situation.
Our lab process is central to our work. We emphasize careful sourcing, controlled preparation, testing, storage, and consistency. BioRenew keeps this process close rather than outsourcing the most important parts of quality control.
Our source laboratory maintains FDA establishment registration and is located in Utah. FDA establishment registration relates to facility and manufacturing standards. It does not mean that a product is FDA approved, licensed, cleared, certified, safe, or effective for a particular clinical use.

We work with one U.S. laboratory that follows documented standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality control.

Treatment & Candidacy

People contact us to learn about regenerative medicine and to ask questions about the process. A qualified healthcare provider reviews each person’s history, goals, potential risks, alternatives, and the regulatory status of any proposed therapy before treatment. Whether BioRenew is an appropriate next step for any individual is determined during that consultation.
Candidacy depends on your health history, current condition, and goals. A consultation is the best first step—the team reviews your situation with you, asks the right questions, and the provider determines whether moving forward is appropriate.
Every appointment is administered by a licensed NP or RN under the medical direction of Eric Walker, NP. Patient education and questions about the science and process are supported by Dr. Ryan Peterson, BioRenew’s Director of Education.
Like any treatment, the outcome of stem cell therapy cannot be promised or guaranteed. Information on this site is educational only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. A qualified provider can help determine whether a regenerative option is appropriate.
Stem cell therapy is not right for everyone. If the team or your provider doesn’t believe this is the appropriate path, they’ll tell you directly—that’s part of doing this carefully. Results also vary from person to person, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We’d rather be honest about that than promise something we can’t, and we remain committed to transparency regarding potential results.
Most people tolerate stem cell therapy well. The most commonly reported responses are mild and temporary—some soreness, fatigue, or a headache in the day or two afterward, and occasional minor discomfort at the IV or injection site. Your provider will walk through the full picture with you, including any specific risks for your situation, before you decide to move forward.

A member of the team will learn more about your goals, questions, and health history. From there, you can be guided toward the next appropriate step with a qualified medical provider.
Most in-office visits take about an hour. That includes check-in, a brief paperwork review, time with the clinical team, and the IV administered by trained clinical staff. Most members go home the same day feeling well.
Yes. In most cases, there is little to no downtime, and patients can continue with work, errands, light movement, simple workouts, and daily life as usual.

We simply recommend giving your body space to respond by avoiding intense training, heavy exertion, or “PR-style” workouts right away. Your provider will walk you through any specific recommendations based on your treatment and goals.
